A habit tracker is a simple way to measure whether you did a habit or are working towards reaching a goal you set out to achieve.
The most common format of this is to get a calendar and cross off each day that you stick with your routine. For example, if you do yoga on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, cross each of those days with an X or colour them in.
