If your direct billing claim is denied by your insurance company, we will require that you pay for your service at the end of your visit. A Guest Services representative will inform you if your claim was denied when you checkout.
Direct Billing is only available for primary holders
Please be aware that every insurance policy is different. Should your provider not directly pay the spa, you must cover the full cost of your treatment. Afterwards, you will receive direct reimbursement from your insurance company.
