Stay motivated by choosing a workout partner with a similar schedule to yours. Take part in a charity walk or run to give yourself a goal and get outside.
Soak up the spring sunshine while you shop for fresh fruitsand veggies and anti-aging super-foods – almonds, yams, blueberries, salmon and leafy greens. Not only are they local, organic (free from toxic pesticides), they will also be fresher with more nutrient value.
For increased bone density, muscle and hormone function and fat loss, resistance train the full body 2-3 days a week with moderate weights in addition to cardiovascular exercise.
Start eating healthy and get rid of those tempting low-in-nutrition foods including chips, cookies, pretzels, sugary cereals, sauces and salad dressings and white bread; and of course, that Valentine’s Day box of chocolates.
Drink enough water daily to keep yourself hydrated especially two hours before exercising to avoid muscle cramping and fatigue. After a vigorous workout be sure to drink up and replace those fluids.

Accelerate cell renewal and prepare your skin to absorb products by sloughing off dead cells from the upper layer of the skin twice a week. Use gentle scrubs with small grains for best results.
Switch to a lighter water-based moisturizer, especially when you are starting to feel oily or shiny in your t-zone area during the warmer months.
Drink water to replenish your skin after the long, harsh winter months with its low humidity, dry indoor heat and reduced fresh air which can leave your skin feeling parched.
Exercise regularly and eat healthy so that your skin has the vitamins and minerals it needs to keep rebuilding its cells and renewing itself. Brisk walks are a great way to promote circulation.
