Hours of Work: Weeknights, Saturday and Sunday

Meeting the standard practices and Code of Ethics of the CMTO, this role ensures the safe and effective delivery of massage services embodied through a gold-standard guest experience. This is attained by the attentiveness of the service from the first welcome, the detailed explanation of the service benefits for their well-being and the attention to detail in draping, while performing massage techniques ensuring guest comfort. We encourage a proactive approach to anticipate and deliver exceptional guest services. To promote a continued well-being after the service, RMT’s are expected to provide product recommendations.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be proactive to exceed guest expectations, and set the stage to ensure a delightful experience. An appreciation of the spa environment is required. Additional training and experience in providing Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hot Stone and Reiki is an asset.
