Guest Services Representative

Hours of Work: Full Time – open availability -rotating shifts including days, evenings & weekends.

Guest Service Representatives (GSR’s) set the tone for the full spa experience by interacting with the guest from the first introduction when they schedule a service, guiding them throughout their journey from check-in to services and at check-out. In this ambassador role, you demonstrate attentiveness to every detail from the physical environment, guest interaction, complemented with knowledge of our products and services, including food and beverage and our history/uniqueness. Duties include check-in/check-out, showcasing our facility through tours and directing guests to their next destination – whether the change rooms or a particular service room or a food and beverage venue. As the first point of contact for guests, candidates must be immaculate and professionally groomed in appearance, and demonstrate a thoughtful and intentional ability to proactively interact not only with guests but also with colleagues. GSR’s also up- sells through re-booking and closing product recommendations.

Candidates must have a minimum of one-year customer service experience from a retail or hospitality environment. Preference will be given to those with point of sale and sales experience.
